Returns

We know that sometimes you order something and when it arrives, its just not what you want and so, in compliance with the relevant UK regulations, we accept returns of products - except Personalised products.

Please refer to our Customer Service page for further information.

Products must be returned at customer's cost to us within 14 days of delivery in as New Condition complete with original packaging.

Please ensure that you enclose any relevant documentation with the returned item so we can identify your order correctly.

As all Personalised Products are made to order, we do not accept returns of these products.
